Job description
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will develop and drive the success of our paid influencer campaigns. You will work as part of an embedded Brand-Marketing team to define, deliver, and report on exciting and creative sponsored opportunities.
This role offers a great deal of creativity to a candidate with a deep understanding of the games industry, influencer marketing, and the role of content creators within it. The ideal candidate will enjoy the flow of planning, pitching, and executing strategies while developing the collaborative relationships required to pull it all together.
Flexible working at Creative Assembly includes hybrid, fully remote within country of employment for eligible roles, and in-studio. We recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and empower our teams to define the working patterns which work best for them, which may mean different things for different teams and roles and at different times.
This role is Hybrid and has an expectation of at least one day per month in our Horsham studio. This role cannot offer fully remote working. Further details can be discussed during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
A mix of analytical and strategic thinking will help you to improve our agency and creator relationships and processes while working as part of a dynamic influencer team. Through your work on fast-paced campaigns, you’ll build team capacity, elevate our brands, and improve internal understanding of the discipline.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Support day-to-day creator communication in a professional manner
- Research, develop and pitch new leads for influencers
- Be responsible for management and execution of influencer campaigns
- Manage a budget and report on the results of our sponsorships
- Keep up with influencer trends in the industry
- Work across CA and SEGA to improve our contracting and invoicing pipelines
- Work on a variety of titles across the entire studio’s roster of releases.
Ideal
- Experience leading campaigns and projects in influencer marketing
- Deep understanding and appreciation of the content creator space
- A positive personal attitude and a natural inclination to connect with others
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
- Willingness and availability to travel.
- Experience in a relevant field such as PR, influencers, or community
- Experience in client or stakeholder management at a variety of levels
- Knowledge and appreciation of content creators and the gaming audience
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work creatively.
