The New Collaborative Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Officer who will lead on all areas of the employee life cycle for staff at New College Doncaster. As a HR Generalist you will provide a comprehensive range of HR support, in areas such as new starter processes, contracts, HR management systems and employment relations issues (sickness absence, flexible working requests, performance issues etc).
The post holder will be based primarily at New College Doncaster but will have regular working days with the wider HR team at our Head Office in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of being successful in, and significant experience of, complex administrative roles. Previous HR experience is preferred but not essential. You will have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a willingness to undertake further training relevant to the role and the ability to work flexibly, under pressure balancing changing priorities.
