This role is to support the Influencer Manager with all influencer relationships
This role actively supports the Influencer Manager to deliver and execute the New Look Influencer activity across all areas – womenswear, menswear and 915.he influencer element to this.
Responsibilities:
- This role will Support the Influencer Manager with relationships and the content activations across womenswear, menswear and 915.
- The influencer assistant will be responsible for a seamless execution of our Influencer strategy including sponsorship, content creation and affiliate activity within a timely manner.
- Assist is delivery off overall influencer strategy & plan
- Work alongside the Influencer Manager to ensure the outreach strategy supports sponsorship and content creation that will increase social following, engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance (measured against set KPI’s).
- Responsible for reporting on all influencer activity across sponsorships and content, reporting on key KPIs weekly and monthly and when required.
- Regular liaison with Buying & Merchandising teams to ensure comms plans are consistently aligned with product deliveries and focuses.
- You will have a strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and be familiar using tools to seek out key influencers for New Look aligning with our brand values and key KPIs.
- Assist to manage budgets and communications calendar.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables and content with influencers and agencies, ensuring a great experience for our talent.
- Support on creation of contracts ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicate to the Influencer Manager and wider team on content priorities, product focuses and internal campaigns – on a daily and weekly basis
- Support on all events that are related to Influencers - monthly meet ups, workshops, trips etc.
- Work alongside the wider team to ensure all influencer content is shared and used across New Look social channels and other marketing channels and to scope out new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the PR team for all organic Influencer gifting activity.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Essential & Desirable Skills
- Excellent people skills, maintaining long term relationships with talent and agents.
- Excellent time management, writing ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Budget management.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry and key influencers (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube in particular), awareness of trends and the ever-changing media landscape.
- Forward thinker- thinking differently, proposing & embracing courageous new ideas.
- Able to work independently with passion and energy.
- Positive attitude, always striving for better results.
- Creativity and marketing savvy to bring and maintain influencers relationships.
- Existing, strong Influencer and Press contacts (particularly in the Beauty/Fashion as a bonus) that are relevant to the target demographic.
- Proven ability to act with pace.
- Excelling attention to detail across all written communication, emails and contracts.
- Strong analytical skills – reporting on and analysing results vs KPIs
- Exceptional knowledge of Influencer Market
- Computer literate across all applications.
- Pro-active behaviour and enthusiasm towards social media and influencer marketing
Knowledge and Experience
- 1+ years’ experience within an influencer role.
Minimum level of education or qualifications
- A levels and ideally a degree or equivalent
Measures / Key Performance Indicator’s
- Execution of all influencer activity aligning to the overall strategy and KPIs.
- Reporting consistently weekly and monthly, monitoring performance of all activity.
- Test and learn across new talent across given set KPIs
- Increase social engagement with bespoke talent activations.
- To consistently establish new influencer contacts and to further develop and enhance existing ones
