Club House Receptionist
Part Time â 30 hours per week £18, 000
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Club House Receptionist to represent our Prestigious, Private Members Golf Club House.
If you are returning to work or looking for an interesting role within a prestigious environment, which gives you the opportunity look after and assist VIP members and guests, then this could be the role for you.
This is a fun role which is different every day!
The Role
- As our Club House Receptionist, you will have a 4 day contract of 30 hours per week which will usually be worked across 3 x 10 hour days each week (7.30am – 6pm.) – to include 1 weekend day per week.
- Your role will be to provide a friendly, welcoming, professional, efficient and first-class impression and service to our members and their guests at all times.
- You will be responsible for greeting and assisting the members, their guests with all queries and questions as required.
- You will provide administrative support to the Membership Team, notably keeping all members profiles and lists up to date as well as supporting in the preparation of member events.

- You will be a sophisticated operator, well spoken, charming, friendly, helpful and impeccably presented.
- You will have a hands on approach with a positive, “can-do” attitude who enjoys working – and brings a smile into work at all times!
- You will be a team player who can build rapport with people from all walks of life.
- You will have a strong work ethic and naturally take pride in your area and working for Beaverbrook and have an outstanding attention to detail.
- You will have good planning and organisational skills and ideally, but not necessarily, have previous experience within a reception or private members club capacity.
- You will have confidence and the discretion to deal with the exceptional and unusual and the ability to problem solve with efficiency.
