Bookkeeper
Cookstown
£12-13ph
Working with a leading company that specialises in office supplies and office furniture you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and administration. This role is part-time and will be office based. 9 am/9:30 am- 3 pm Monday to Friday.
Duties:
· Receipt of payments coming in via bank- credit card in retail and online banking.
· Cash till reconciliation and credit card balance both in office and also all purchases completed with company credit card against bank statement
· Bank lodgements
· Preparation of all purchase payments
· Credit and debit ledgers
· Calls to customers for payments- debt management
· General admin of allocation of purchase invoices and general admin duties.
Criteria:
· Good telephone manner
· 2 years minimum experience in bookkeeping
· Excellent organisational skills
· Experience in credit control
