Role – PR, Social and Communications Manager
Location – Leeds, LS15 8GB (Hybrid)
Salary – £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus up to 10% bonus annually
Hours - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Role
A new and exciting role has been created in Marketing team. The purpose of this role is to lead the communication planning for the Pharmacy2u group. The breadth of the role covers Brand, PR and Social communications across covers all stakeholder groups (patients/customers, media, GPs, colleagues), defining their profiles and the media/channels to ensure reach, engagement and impact on all communications.
Key Responsibilities
- To own and lead the communications plans across PR, Social and ATL channels
- To lead the business wide engagement and collation of all customer communications to share with the Executive Team
- Align the various communications plans across teams including marketing, commercial trading & range strategy, customer services, fulfilment, digital customer experience, ESG, people and culture
- To define and implement our go-to-market launch strategy for strategic launches, new ranges, new services at local and national level. This includes proposition definition, audience targeting, creative and media briefs
- To define our target audiences, their behaviours, perceptions and needs to refine marketing targeting and creative briefs
- Executive level engagement to align priorities, timing and approval of activity and investment.

- Evolve and align our PR and Social channels to groupwide communications activity
- 12 month group customer communications plan (all business units)
- Individual business unit communications plans (escript, consumer health and health services)
- Define our Go-to-market launch approach and documentation
- Customer definition / profiles
- Cascade of key communications to senior stakeholder meetings, weekly round ups
Skills
- Writing an implementing 12 month group customer communications plan (across all business units)

Experience
- Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
- Marketing / Communications planning experience, in particular ATL, PR and Social
- Media knowledge across paid, owned and earned media
- Brief writing and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset
- Organised with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
- Ability to use Excel at an intermediate level
- Degree Level - Marketing Preferable
