We have exciting new opportunities to join our award-winning team giving an exceptional service to one of Concentrix’s key clients based at our site in Stretford, Manchester (M32 0HX)
What does the job involve?
You’ll be answering inbound calls from existing customers from a leading roadside assistance and insurance company, assisting with account queries, insurance policies, helping customers renew their breakdown policies and providing excellent Customer Service.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor :
· Taking on customer queries
· Inbound calls
· Helping customers renew their current policies
· Maximising on sales opportunities where possible
To be a Customer Service Advisor you'll need:
· 6 months previous customer service experience
· A customer focused mindset
· Ability to travel to our state-of-the-art Stretford Site as this is an onsite position.
