Reporting into the Head of HR – Manchester, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work in collaboration with the business to ensure a highly efficient and tailored recruitment process across all Manchester opportunities. The departments in Manchester consists of: Editorial, Social Video, Brand Marketing and some of our Support teams including Tech (I.T., Engineering, UX and Dev) and Finance, and so we’re looking for someone with in-house 360 recruitment experience who is adept at liaising with a variety of hiring managers based on their recruitment needs, as well as paying close attention to the offer management and onboarding process.
What the opportunity looks like
- Support the Head of HR – Manchester and wider HR team by recruiting across all departments within the Manchester office
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager in London and picking up roles within the London remit where needed
- Be the best-practise recruitment expert by fully managing multiple processes from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs
- Maintain all our recruiting tools and ensure our ATS system (Teamtailor) is up to date and accurate, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times in regards candidate data
- Consistently hit hiring targets by delivering high quality candidates through referrals, headhunting, social media, networking and any other channels
- Work closely with the wider HR team by delivering against recruitment-related projects
- Partner with HR Ops to proactively manage the talent management process
- Develop innovative ways to attract talent to LADbible Group by aligning to our D&I strategy and commitments and actioning accordingly
- Create and maintain talent pools for future opportunities by identifying and developing strategic partnerships within the local community, e.g., universities, schools and apprenticeship providers
- Be the expert on market trends and the competitive landscape within the industry
- Produce weekly recruitment reports for all stakeholders
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- Previous in-house 360 recruitment experience is a must
- Experience hiring for the following positions is highly preferred: Tech, Finance, Editorial or Social Content
- A social media native who keeps up to date with the latest social and social recruiting trends
- Genuine passion for LADbible Group and its sub brands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing and fun environment
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrate a team-first mentality, always acting in the best interests of the team and wider business
