Inbound Call Handler - WFH
We are only able to consider applicants within a 1 hour commuting distance of our Sheffield Offices.
This role will require you to attend our training centre in Sheffield (For between 3-5 days), and you will then work from Home subject to performance*.
These roles involve assisting on an important government project.
- Please note working from Home is subject to a satisfactory level of performance , The Business does reserve the right to invite you to conduct Office based work should performance not be at the required levels.
HOURS:
- Monday – Friday 08:00-20:00.
- 09:00-17:30 Weekend and bank holidays
You will be working between 40 hours per week.
WAGE: £10.42 - Per Hour (Paid Monthly)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking inbound calls
Updating records and escalating calls where necessary
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :
Comfortable in speaking on the phone
Able to use a computer/laptop
Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
You must not have any unspent criminal convictions, and be able to supply appropriate documentation for us to conduct a basic DBS as part of a government standard BPSS check
(We will pay fees for the BPSS check to be carried out)
