Job description
You will be responsible for the end-to-end executional delivery of In Store Customer Communications (Point of Sale) campaigns. Each campaign will be customer insight-led, creatively excellent and delivered with maximum operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for- Working with key business partners to strategically plan in-store campaigns ensuring they are customer insight led, have the right mix of levers (messaging and signage vs experiential) and are coherent, consistent and helpful for customers
- Managing the operational execution of in-store campaigns covering the brief, creative development, artwork sign off, print allocation, store communication and an end to end review Clearly and coherently communicating campaigns to retail colleagues to enable them to deliver first-class execution
- Working collaboratively with creative, print and experiential suppliers to deliver each campaign to each store, right first time
- Supporting with the ongoing development of POS Centre that will enable the consolidation of POS campaigns across the business
- Ensuring all campaigns are delivered within budget
- Ensuring all campaigns align to brand guidelines
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
Experience of working in a retail environment and having direct interaction with customers together with an understanding of the store level retail operation Marketing & Campaign project management
Operational skills;
- Ability to assess creative execution against a brief
- Expert communication skills
- Budget management
- Good competency on Microsoft Excel and an ability to interpret complex information
- Creative Assessment & Judgment
