Human Resources VP - Contract
Human Resources VP - EMEA 4 - 6 month contract - UK Remote
TTEC is seeking a detail orientated Human Resources VP to lead our HR and TA team across EMEA initially on a short term contract (4-6 months) with an immediate start. With sites in the UK, Ireland, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, South Africa and Egypt and further growth forecast it's a great time to join our EMEA leadership team.

What you'll be doing
What you'll bring to us:
- Understand all key business initiatives and goals for each supported business unit.
- Deliver human capital solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business.
- Manage/support a team of Human Capital and Talent Acquisition managers, generalists, and coordinators to deliver outstanding Talent Acquisition and Human Capital services.
- Develop a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within each supported business unit. Effectively partner with and leverage corporate support teams
- Monitor and report on progress toward each goal and project.
- Act as the ultimate point of contact for all escalated (difficult) HC issues.
- Participate as a member of task forces in corporate-wide human capital and other people initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.
- Bachelor's Degree or similar qualifications
- Strong understanding of a BPO / CX business, its core values, and goals
- Minimum of 12+ years of related experience. Strong knowledge in multiple HR disciplines (compensation and benefits, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.)
- Proven ability to build relationships of trust with Vice President and Director level leaders. Ability to influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes Strong verbal and written skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques.
- Experience of TUPE and Payroll operations would be a great advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going projects
- Knowledge of business technologies and metrics
- Ability to lead and experience in high volume multilingual recruitment TA teams and provide strategic leadership to enable goals to be managed.
The role will be remote based with some travel when needed.
