This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Implementation Manager to join at a time of rapid growth. As the business scales, we’re looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to join in uniting the people and technology that move the world as the market leader in their space.
What you’ll be doing,
Manage the full lifecycle of MOOT Tech “E-commerce As A Service” implementation projects with new clientsWork closely with the sales team to ensure implementation expectations are set accurately
Work with the development team to ensure the tech roadmap is being tested/executed as per deadlines
Collaborate work with our other teams across customer service, warehouse, performance marketing etc
Lead requirements gathering discussions with customers
Configure and test customer implementations
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, challenges and deadlines
Assist with any client training during any go-live projects
Gather client feedback and translate it into workable options through roadmaps
Develop strong relationships with your clients
Manage several customers and projects at once
What you’ll bring to the role,
SaaS project management experience or in a SaaS Customer Success roleProject management experience
Presenting skills
Ability to manage several projects at once
Ability and desire to work in high energy and rapidly evolving B2B Technology company
Proactivity and being a self-starter is a must
Ability to change direction quickly, change roadmaps quickly and test effectively
