Team Intro
We’re looking for an EMEA HR Systems and Projects Specialist to join our very dynamic EMEA HR Operations team in London, whose overall mission is to provide streamlined HR operations service and to enhance employee experience. The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and streamlined people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard, that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who can work transversely across the team and projects, and who can interact with various cross-functional teams to fully support EMEA HR process management, HRIS implementation and optimization, by applying sound HR operations knowledge and project management practices.
What you'll do
1. Responsible for tracking timelines, milestones and checklists that will lead to the successful and timely set up of the HR operations (HR procedures, policies, handbooks and HRIS set up) in targeted markets.
2. Review and collect user feedback of HRIS systems/HR processes, lead HRIS requirement management and scheduling process.
3. Support closely country HR operations team with regards to the new HRIS system/process request, support system or program roll-out.
4. Lead HRIS process continuous improvement and automation projects in collaboration with regional and global teams.
5. Lead ad-hoc HR projects as needed in the region.
6. Project manager responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time and scope.
7. Challenge current ways of working and identify opportunities for system automation and optimization.
Qualifications
1. Experience in HR tech projects and continuous improvement of HR process
2. Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
3. Experience working across various countries in EMEA and implementing projects at a regional level.
4. Team player, self starter, be a listener, good at communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Strong project planning and implementation skills.
6. Knowledge of HRIS systems.
