What you will be doing...
Senior HR Advisor, based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport.
We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Senior HR Advisor due to significant growth across the business.
As our new Senior HR Advisor you will provide generalist HR advice, support and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations function and provide ongoing support to the HR Business Partner in their role.
What will you do in the role?
Our Senior HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for general HR queries, and you will Take Responsibility for keeping up to date with changes in employment law and HR best practice, ensuring that the advice and support given is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for ER case management and will be seen as the centre of excellence to your stakeholders. You will also: -

- Establish and build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business
- Be responsible for ER Case management , providing accurate and timely advice covering all levels of complexity
- Identify where HR matters/ queries need to be escalated and referring them to the appropriate level of HR Management to ensure the relevant action is taken
- Coach business areas to reach conclusions/decision making
- Monitor, analyse and report on key HR Data/KPIs such as attrition rates, sickness absence etc, identifying from the data key trends and working with the HR Business Partner to identify and address any underlying issues
- Create, develop and update internal HR policies and procedures (How to Manage guides) on key HR processes as and when required to ensure consistency and efficiency of service within the HR Team
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
As our Senior HR Advisor you will have a proven track record of dealing with complex ER cases within a fast-paced environment, providing accurate resolutions. You will also: -
- Be experienced at successfully managing and prioritising workloads
- Be able to work under pressure and have a high degree of resilience
- Have excellent relationship management skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Work cross-functionally across HR functions
- Have up to date knowledge of employment law
Frequent travel across our 11 UK bases will be required as part of the role to be best able to support your business areas.
