Regional HR Advisor

What’s the role of a HR Advisor?
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to coach, support and advise on all HR related matters.
- Welfare- Ensuring measures are in place to support our teams in all aspects of welfare, including supporting and coaching key stakeholders.
- Wellbeing- Supporting, coaching, and engaging our wellbeing champions in the successful implementation of the wellbeing programme across all restaurants.
- Employee Relations- Managing investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes for employee relations issues and ensuring that company policy and employment legislation are followed.
- Engagement- Help to lead, maintain and influence team engagement across the restaurants.
- Helping to support, influence and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management to looking after our leavers.
- Recruitment- Assisting and support the recruitment team with the recruitment and selection process.
- Projects- Assist in the development and creation of HR initiatives and projects, helping to drive their implementation across the business.
- Compliance- Reviewing policy and procedures where necessary and conducting HR compliance checks.
- Supporting the HR Team with ad-hoc duties and administration.
