About us
The Employment Policy team provides strategic expertise on employment policy, employee relations, and HR projects across UCL, and manage the central relationship with the three recognised trade unions.
This role regularly works closely with other teams within the HR Division and with a wider and diverse group of stakeholders, as and when required.
The team consists of the Head of Employment Policy, two Employment Policy Managers, an Employment Policy Advisor and an Administrator. The team sits within the HR Division which comprises c. 110 staff working in different HR disciplines.
About the role
The Employment Policy Managers undertake employment policy development across a broad range of subjects and produce accompanying procedures, guidance and toolkits. The role holders consult across a wide range of stakeholders including Trade Unions and the HR Community of Practice.
The role also manages cross-university HR projects, working collaboratively with other teams.

About you
Your application must include a CV and you will be required to answer four mandatory questions to demonstrate how you meet some of the essential criteria in the person specification.
This is a full time role of 36.5 hours per week and attendance in the office is required every Monday (and on other days of the week occasionally), with voluntary home working on the other days.
