HR Data Analyst
Our client, a well-known media company, are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join their growing team. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for the creation of monthly and quarterly dashboards presented to stakeholders across the business.
HR Data Analyst Skills and Responsibilities:
- Produce reports and analysis on HR information
- Ensure data alignment and consistency and liaising with the wider business
- Make recommendations and take steps to improve HR data and system processes
- Audit HR Infotypes for consistency and respond to internal and yearly audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Google sheet
- Experience of tableau or any other reporting tool
