Line Management Senior Team Leaders and e Referral Coordinators including sickness, performance management, recruitment, induction and training. Support Senior Team Leaders in the management and staffing requirements for the Outpatients Department Ensure a high quality and robust Outpatient service for 40 specialities is delivered for the benefits of patients in line with all Trust and National protocols Ensure all department policies and procedures are kept up to date and staff informed of any changes Ensure all staff mandatory training is completed and personal development plans are achieved. Ongoing review of processes and adapt to Departmental and Trust changes where required
