Job description
RetrofitWorks is seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to support a growing number of retrofit projects in and around London. RetrofitWorks is on a mission to improve the energy efficiency of London’s housing stock and this role is instrumental in successfully delivering these retrofit projects.
The Human Resources Coordinator will support RetrofitWorks staff, working with them to support the functionality and development of the team. You will be required to support the growth of the RetrofitWorks cooperative by working with RetrofitWorks staff members and supporting management. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional who is able to help drive an excellent team to greater heights.

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide professional and confidential advise on all people related matters to support the business and the achievement of the global HR Strategy including, but not limited to; coaching and helping to upskill current members of staff, the end to end employee lifecycle, HR policy interpretation/review and training, as well as contributing to the implementation and review of HR initiatives and projects in support the local and global business.
The role of Human Resources Coordinator would suit someone who thrives in supporting a fast-paced team, who is highly organised. We are seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys communicating with people at all levels to ensure a successful team environment for all staff. We are looking for a long-term addition to our growing team.
To succeed, we are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and experience managing human resources for a small business, including any relevant certifications such as CIPD.

Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 pro rata per year, dependant on experience and fit
