As Senior Material Supplier Data Integrity, your focus will be to develop, manage and improve:
Part validation and maintenance of the overall accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data on the AMOS System for tooling / consumables / repairable components, consumable components, and expendable material across the five TUI Airlines.
In this role, you’ll report to the Repairs and Operational Warranty Manager.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Senior Material Supplier Data Integrity, you’ll be responsible for:
- Fully accountable for aircraft part research and introduction to the AMOS System upon the request of internal stakeholders identifying the requirement for the part.
- Upload of data within relevant AMOS screens, linking approved Original Equipment Manufacturer maintenance data (Service Bulletins, Illustrated Parts Catalogues, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals etc), European Union Aviation Safety Agency 21J Design data, Supplemental Type Certificate data, authenticating technical validity of component or material.
- Responsible for carrying out Material Class Change requests on AMOS upon receipt of request and follow internal change processes encompassing financial and technical input.
- Evaluating Parts Manufacture Approval parts validation requests on AMOS, upon receipt of request and research conducted along with CAMO approval.
- Accountable for Cleansing of part number data within AMOS for all listed commodity types excluding Rotable components.
- Evaluate, problem solve and implement processes and protocols to ensure data integrity is maintained and common across all regions.
- Evaluate and interpret aircraft technical data, IPC, OEM data for alternate part applicability, linking the interchangeable part numbers in AMOS to reduce unnecessary spend and operational delays.
- Formulate, implement relevant Key Performance Indicators and report on a weekly basis.
ABOUT YOU
- Aviation background with supply chain experience
- Aircraft/engineering technical experience and knowledge of aviation components
- Ability to interpret aircraft technical publications e.g., IPC’s, Vendor CMM’s, OEM SB’s and SIL’s
- Competent in the use of “My Boeing Fleet”
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Ability to present to both your peers and management level colleagues
- Quick to analyse and provide a solution
- Experience in engineering systems and environments
- Preferably educated to degree level in aeronautical engineering / engineering
- Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written
- May involve some international travel
