Salary: £40-£50k

Responsibilities will include:
- Provide high level advice and guidance to the management team, with the aim of equipping and enabling them themselves to manage their people cases e.g. carrying out their own investigations, disciplinaries, performance management, flexible working cases, change management, etc, in line with policies and frameworks.
- Ensuring line managers are effectively managing all aspect of the employee lifecycle and keeping the appropriate records e.g. onboarding, right to work checks, starter, mover leaver processes etc
- Supporting the General Manager in all aspect of colleague engagement e.g. ensuring that the Champions forums are operating successfully
- Ensuring positive relationships exist on the site, responding to any queries or problems that colleagues have and managing their expectations
- Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements
- Supporting the line manager with various capability investigations, including problem solving and disciplinary when required
- Assisting with, and developing recruitment campaigns
- Managing TUPE requirement where required
- Supporting the General Manager in creating a positive working environment
- Supporting the General Manager in setting up the appropriate training frameworks
