We are looking for Supervisors to join our team. With a huge scope for personal and professional growth, this is an opportunity for someone who wants to play a key part in an independent, fast growing business.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing a team of casual staff.
- Reporting to your line manager and sometimes the GM.
- Efficiently solving problems using initiative in the best interest of the business.
- Carrying the Pink Moon personality through charisma with customers and motivating the team to create unforgettable experiences.
- Opening/closing the business when necessary.
- Being a trusted key holder and reliable voice within the management team.
- Bringing new ideas to the table. We like to be forward thinking and risk taking with our approach to business.

Part-time hours: 6-48 per week
Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
