Job description
Data Digital Forensic/eDiscovery Senior Analyst
Location: Midlands
You will have ideally 2+ years’ experience across the EDRM but candidates with at least two parts of the EDRM will be considered i.e. you can have either collections and data processing experience, or data processing and eDiscovery experience as training is available.
You will eventually be using leading forensic tools, such as EnCase, Nuix and Relativity, and be querying structured data, using SQL and other tools. You will be capable of presenting findings through reports, presentations and data visualisation.
You will be researching new products and tools to assist with methods of presenting results. You will develop your network and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders (internal and external)
We are looking to harness artificial intelligence, robotics and machine learning to assist our clients, you’ll have the opportunity to design and implement these technologies to solve real life problems.
Requirements
You will be naturally inquisitive, have an analytical mind and enjoy problem solving. Candidates should also be prepared to travel as some of the opportunities may require team members to work on client sites.
Essential
You'll need to have a 2.1 degree or above in a Technology related discipline e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Computer Forensics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence.
Also you will need to have relevant work experience in Digital Forensics, eDiscovery or similar expertise.
Competent and have experience of at least one or more data collection tool, e.g. EnCase, FTK also Nuix, and/or a document review platform e.g. Relativity, Everlaw, Recommind, Clearwell and Ringtail.Working experience of the eDiscovery process, including the communication skills to consult with clients on each stage of the EDRM life-cycle.Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Technically minded, with knowledge of hardware components, networks and software skills (e.g. various operating systems).Knowledge and experience with data querying and programming languages, such as SQL, C#, VBA, Python.
Not essential but nice to have’s:
Any certifications e.g. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Nuix, ACE or equivalent eDiscovery certifications.
