BramahHR are seeking a HR Assistant to join an organisation based near Reading on a permanent basis, offering up to £32K!
The role of the HR Assistant has a wide ranging responsibilities of HR related administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a flexible working style, have a positive and up beat manner and be able to work as part of a wider team. The HR assistant is expected to understand, or be willing to learn, the up to date safer recruitment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the wider HR team, providing operational and general admin assistance.
- Support with recruitment including job adverts, references, pre employment forms and ensuring all required checks have been undertaken.
- HR email inbox monitoring
- Tracking and updating staff absence and annual leave
- Managing staff records for long service awards
- Ensuring new starter booklet is up to date and shared with staff on a regular basis
- Scanning all relevant documents and adding to staff personal files.
