Job description
We are looking for a FULL TIME front desk receptionist/office assistant for a busy Optometrist office in Nanuet, New York (Rockland).
Responsibilities include:
-computerized billing
-patient scheduling
-greeting patients
-answering phones
-record filing
-billing insurance companies
-helping to select eyeglasses
Experience in a medical office or optical field preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to multi-task across various duties. Must be able to work 9:00AM - 7:00 PM, Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 AM-5 PM Tuesday and Friday, One Saturday per month from 8:00 AM - 1 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
