Job description
Candidates should have experience in MS packages and ERP systems. This role offers varied work responsibilities and full training will be provided in the role/systems to allow support and cover for our Materials Planner, Certification Co-ordinator and Logistics Operator so flexibility and being a team player is important for this role.
Key duties will included:
- Provide administrative support for material planning and workshop activities.
- Accurate storing and upkeep of workshop job maintenance cards.
- Set up and tracking of 3rd party rental equipment.
- Inventory management of parts for CT and pumping equipment.
- Identify equipment certification issues and take appropriate actions.
- Develop and maintain certification databases.
- Coordinate client QC inspections.
- Allocate and govern third party engineer workload.
- Collate mobilisation & demobilisation paperwork.
