About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and creative HR Advisor to lead on the development and operational management of the FRA’s recruitment strategy. This will include advising managers on recruitment best practice, building our employer brand through recruitment content, and testing alternative advertising strategies, making recommendations for change accordingly.
In addition, and once established in role, the post holder will play a key role in identifying and cultivating effective talent pipelines, and developing a learning and development provision that addresses skills gaps and continuously advances our people to enable them to deliver on our ambitious strategy.
About you
- You will have a strong background in HR and / or recruitment.
- You will have a relevant degree/professional qualification within HR, recruitment, learning & development, business administration or related subject area, or be in the process of undertaking one.
- You will have a working knowledge of recruitment best practice, as well as recruitment tools and services such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You will have experience of working with a diverse range of internal and external partners at different levels.
- You will have excellent communication and influencing skills.
- You will be persistent and tenacious, whilst exercising patience and professionalism.

Salary
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
