Due to team expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated HR Advisor to join our small but busy and supportive team based at our centre Touchbase Pears, in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This role will also include hybrid working and travel to Sense locations.
As a member of our HR Advice Team, you will be responsible for managing end to end employee relations casework for your client teams. You will provide advice and support on people matters, policies and procedures. You will need to build and develop relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels, sharing your expertise by providing pragmatic, creative, collaborative and commercially focused solutions and recommendations.

To be the right person for our team, you will ideally be level 5 CIPD qualified with a passion for employment law and strong IT skills. You will be confident in managing cases end to end including experience of advising on complex employee relations matters.
Additionally, you will have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and the ability to coach, effectively influence and engage with managers to change their behaviour and thinking.
