Calling all HR Advisors! (Well… all the good ones) Due to promotion, a rare opportunity has become available for a skilled HR Advisor. You’ll become a key part in delivering HR guidance across the business so it can continue to provide bespoke onsite & remote IT support to exciting, high growth and ground-breaking SMEs in sectors including biotechnology, life sciences and finance.
Important Bits
Salary – Up to £40,000 Full Time
Location – Cambridge / Work from home 1 day per week
Role Type – Full Time OR Part Time / 5 Days a week / 25 or 30 hours

The Role
In this stand-alone role, you’ll support line managers in a variety of functions including - performance management, employee relations, wellbeing and employment termination. You’ll need experience as a HR advisor previously as well as experience in employer relations and a HR qualification, ideally CIPD L3+.
The company does not tend to get a lot of HR issues in general, meaning work life balance in this role is excellent. There are projects from time to time, Health and Safety duties as well as some recruitment strategy duties.
It’s also important you have knowledge of employment law and implanting HR policies.
