This role reports directly to an HR Business Partner and is supported by an HR Coordinator. You will be working closely with managers and heads of departments across the dedicated departments to provide accurate and timely HR advice on policy, procedure, and best practices on a broad range of HR matters. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, sickness absence issues, and HR administration.
To be successful, you will need to be a confident and positive person with an excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels in person, by email, and by phone. Your knowledge of legislation and best practice will be supported by a CIPD qualification. You will be familiar with HR systems, and proactive in suggesting efficient ways of working.
