About the role:

You will be part of the core launch team in UK.

What you'll be doing...

• Understanding business needs, analyst requirement to provide pre-sales technical support to colleagues requiring assistance with service structure and functionality.
• Writing technical specifications and making appropriate recommendations.
• Performing a technical lead role in the review and response of RFP/SOW documents.
• Attending customer meetings in order to deliver technical content and presentations.
• Conducting, reviewing and documenting site surveys.
• Conducting and taking responsibility for the technical verification and sign off of solution design, configuration, interoperability and delivery cost assessments.
• Establishing & maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
• Working with Business Lead and Project Owners to ensure scope is explicitly defined, documented whilst maintaining integrity.
• Researching to understand our users’ needs and translating them into solutions.
• Writing clear and concise project requirements and communicating them to stakeholders from multiple functions.
• Managing and facilitating communication with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure project goals are delivered on time and within stakeholders and teams expectations.
• You'll become a project expert, simultaneously understanding the competitive landscape & evolving market needs.
• More importantly, you'll understand how those things relate to the company’s mission and vision.

• Is a University graduate with 0-3 years of product management experience in e-Commerce/SaaS.
• Has experience working with cross functional teams.
• Is adaptive, capable of thriving in ambiguous & fast paced environments.
• Is creative, self motivated & consistently willing to exceed own expectations.
• Is willing to take ownership and additional responsibilities where needed.
• Can multitask & prioritize.
• Is curious about tech & new products!

• Knowledgeable of programming & software development languages.
• Experienced in start up environments.
• Social media savvy.
