JasperRose have partnered with a global fashion retailer who due to growth are seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team. This is a pivotal role supporting the non stock and property payables team in their shared service centre in Coventry. This role is based in the office 1 day per week and they are open to London based candidates who are happy to commute once a fortnight.

The role:

This is a supportive role to keep the team afloat whilst they hire two permanent positions. This role could become permanent should you showcase your skillset.

Duties include:

• Assisting in the management of the UK and international AP inbox
• Processing high volumes of invoices (50 per day)
• Setting up suppliers on their system
• Processing supplier statement reconciliations
• Assisting with payment runs
• Supporting the wider finance team
• Adhoc duties
