About us
TaxAssist are a multi award winning Franchisor and employer. Our Support Centre Teams provide expert services and support to enable our Network of 400+ TaxAssist Accountants practices (Franchisees) to deliver service excellence and a suite of accountancy and auxiliary services to their c.2000 clients.
You will report directly to the Group HR Manager and provide a comprehensive HR administration service supporting the complete employment lifecycle of our 70+ people to include health and safety, compliance, reporting, wellbeing and projects.
- HR Administration: Record keeping, process management, task list
- Recruitment: preparing adverts, marketing positions, liaising with recruiting managers and agencies
- Onboarding & Induction: preparing contracts and pre-employment checks, monitoring induction and probation
- Leaver Administration
- Health & Safety: Support Group HR Manager to deliver H&S compliance, arranging & recording risk assessments including WSAs
- First Aid and Fire safety administration
- Projects: Assist the Group HR Manager to deliver projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
