We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our proactive and innovative team.
This position is:
- Permanent
- Full time (37 hours)
- Working primarily from home, with training conducted at the Preston office
- Start date January 2023
- Sales invoicing on PT3 (in-house system, oracle based), liaising with project teams where necessary to provide support and resolve queries.
- Credit control - liaising with customers, project teams, and the wider business.
- Sales ledger reporting, providing management with accurate and timely information to monitor debtor positions.
- General office duties (telephone queries, office cover) and any other duties that from time to time may be required.
- Support/liaise with project teams
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of two years sales ledger experience required
- Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Sound organisational and communication skills
