We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our proactive and innovative team.

This position is:

Permanent
Full time (37 hours)
Working primarily from home, with training conducted at the Preston office
Start date January 2023

Responsibilities:

Sales invoicing on PT3 (in-house system, oracle based), liaising with project teams where necessary to provide support and resolve queries.
Credit control - liaising with customers, project teams, and the wider business.
Sales ledger reporting, providing management with accurate and timely information to monitor debtor positions.
General office duties (telephone queries, office cover) and any other duties that from time to time may be required.
Support/liaise with project teams

Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following:

Minimum of two years sales ledger experience required
Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to work as part of a small team
Sound organisational and communication skills
