More details to be found in the attached job description, however, the post holder will be part of the wider multi-disciplinary team delivering mental health treatment and support to those within the Colchester locality. The team assess and identify the service users needs and work with them to establish a package of care to meet with those needs. The post holder will be able to deliver a range of therapeutic interventions appropriate to the service users needs, alongside coordinating a small direct caseload.
