This is a brilliant opportunity to join an innovative and world-renowned beauty brand as their new Head of Product Management. This is a hybrid role with some days working at home and some days in the office in Dorset.

The role

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Product Management will be responsible for the delivery of all NPD projects and the lifecycle management of new and existing products.

Working closely with the Brand team, you’ll ensure all new product development and updates to existing products are launched in a timely and profitable manner and in line with the agreed Brand Campaign Calendar.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are on the hunt for a candidate who is a proactive self-starter, adaptable and flexible, and with significant project management experience within an FMCG environment. You should be of graduate calibre (Marketing/Business/Management preferred) or equivalent.

You will have strong project planning capabilities, detailed knowledge of key project planning software, show the ability to prioritise, and be able to manage time and show resilience under pressure.

Ideally you will demonstrate good analytical skills, with high levels of computer literacy. You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be a strong team player.

Use of Smartsheet is desirable.
