Job description
Badham Pharmacy is an award-winning independent pharmacy chain with headquarters in Cheltenham.
With 24 branches currently and over 200 staff we are seeking to strengthen the administrative function of the HR team. The position is 08.30-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30-16.00 Friday, however these hours can be flexible and we will consider part time applicants
We are looking for someone to join our team who can demonstrate these essential skills and attributes:-
• Previous administrative experience • Excellent IT skills and proficient using Microsoft packages • Be enthusiastic, and supportive to the team • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Be flexible and approachable • Have a high level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills • Have the ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met • Be a keen team member, with the ability to accept responsibility and work on their own initiative

Previous experience in HR would be desirable but not essential as training can be given.
