About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services
A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.
Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. It needs to be a welcoming and flourishing environment, offering opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop. About the Job
To provided housing-related support to people accessing the service who live in different locations around Newcastle upon Tyne. The aim is to help individuals achieve their goals, such as securing permanent accommodation, accessing benefits, improving their health and well-being, and integrating into their communities. The role will entail supporting the team and Project Lead to efficiently and effectively manage the running of 60 Dispersed properties, supporting those who have multiple and complex needs to manage and maintain their property.
Please note that if you are applying internally with 12 months of service you will retain the salary awarded after 12 months of service which is £22,438.00
