Our Housing Benefits Service at Bolton Council process applications for Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support using a number of specialised IT systems including Capita’s benefits system (Academy) and NEC DM (document imaging system).
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and interpret complex legislation and make appropriate decisions, communicating with internal and external customers.

Salary: £21,968.00-£24,054.00 per year
