Air Peace of Mind is a professional and personal management company for short-term lets. We launched in 2016 and currently manage some of Central London’s most luxurious properties. From the beginning, our mission has been both a dedication to the highest quality of service to our global guests and delivering a 5-star management service to our client homeowners.
About the Role
- Manage daily operations of the department
- Book daily cleans with a third party supplier
- Conduct regular inspections of properties ensuring all cleans are carried out to the highest standard
- Record missing or damaged items
- Respond to any homeowner complaints or enquiries
- Maintain a productive supplier relationship
- Sure the cost tracker is kept up-to-date
- Handle any administrative tasks
Your Experience and Skills
- Previous experience working in housekeeping within the hospitality industry is an asset
- Previous supervisor or manager experience is preferable
- Basic accounting skills
- Tech savvy and a quick leaner with internal software systems
- Professional "can do" attitude
- Self starter who is happy to work in a small team
- Good customer service skills
- Assertive and self assured individual
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

- housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
