Job description
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to and from customers in a timely and safe manner. The Delivery Driver must be familiar with the local area, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy items.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a vehicle to deliver goods.
- Load and unload cargo from vehicles.
- Follow delivery instructions and routes.
- Communicate with customers and dispatch personnel.
- Maintain vehicle in good condition.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
