Advinia Healthcare, is recruiting for a full time Registered Home Manager to manage Parklands Court Care Home.

Parklands Court is a 120 bedded multi-site care home based in Walsall looking at Care for the Elderly, as a Home Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team. The Home was inspected last year where it recieved RI from CQC.

Essential skills:

• Experience managing a 70+ Bedded Home
• 3+ Years home management experience
• Must have a demonstrable turnaround experience of a care home
• Passionate about Dementia care.
• Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
• Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
• Experience of managing and working towards budgets
• Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
• Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
