Job Description
As an Office Administrator you are responsible for a wide range of tasks
Duties can vary for this role and require a flexible approach; your main duties include:
- Receive and process orders
- Verify orders
- Amending dates
- Supporting sales and production with other administrative tasks
- Stay up to date with new products and processes
Key Skills
- Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills
- Strong communications skills – including both verbal and written
- A pro-active and flexible approach
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Good IT Skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage 50
- Good numerical skills
- A good and dedicated team player
Salary
- 33 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9.00am until 12 noon
Half hour unpaid lunch Mon – Thurs
