Witham Glass is an independent family-owned glass processor supplying glass and mirror products to the general trade and leisure industry. It was established in 1947 and is located on Clough Road, Hull, HU6 7QD

Job Description

As an Office Administrator you are responsible for a wide range of tasks

Duties can vary for this role and require a flexible approach; your main duties include:

  • Receive and process orders
  • Verify orders
  • Amending dates
  • Supporting sales and production with other administrative tasks
  • Stay up to date with new products and processes

Key Skills

  • Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communications skills – including both verbal and written
  • A pro-active and flexible approach
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Good IT Skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage 50
  • Good numerical skills
  • A good and dedicated team player

Salary

  • 33 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9.00am until 12 noon

Half hour unpaid lunch Mon – Thurs
