Are you excited about creating one of a kind content?

We are seeking a Professional Content and Videography creator to spearhead our company's branding and marketing efforts.

You will be working with our Marketing Department to execute on our marketing strategy, curate content, and streamline our PR strategy.

We are currently expanding our growth department and have a lot of upcoming marketing projects that can really carry our company forward.

- Create videos, social media posts, and articles that convey our brand.

- Work with Marketing Department to design marketing campaigns through content marketing and SEO marketing tactics.

- Manage our existing list of press prospects and pioneer PR initiatives.

- Spearhead automated outreach efforts with the development team.

- Create Flyers/Social Media Posts/Videos for local businesses

- Participate/Assist in all Company Events

- Create Agent specific Bio Videos and Pages

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience working in a creative environment creating content for digital platforms – Instagram (Instagram Stories and IGTV), Facebook, WordPress, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube
• A creative and visual thinker with a strong visual eye and a knack for creating and curating conversational, shareable content
• Can-do positive attitude and flexible with changes in the business and demands of fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicative
• Passion for storytelling, social media while holding the highest levels of professionalism

**THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION** Requires presence in office and ON site for shooting

**Requires Regular Use of Personal Vehicle**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

• Filming: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
