Maru are looking to recruit two Associate Project Managers to join the team!


Extensive hybrid/remote working flexibility (depending on location within the UK) - Head office based in Southampton

We strive to be the best customer feedback company and we are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our Maru Services Operations team. Our missions and objectives are centred around bringing our software capabilities to life through efficient and timely delivery processes to ensure best in class service for our clients.


This is the perfect role if you are an upcoming or recent graduate, or at the early stages of your career in an Operational role.


What we’re looking for:

  • A positive can-do attitude, with a desire to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Curiosity around processes, methodologies and openness to embrace new systems/solutions.
  • Analytically minded, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and highly numerate.
  • Graduate or a years’ commercial experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide speed of execution to Maru clients through quick turnaround of survey authoring, fielding and data delivery.
  • Manage and deliver superior outputs through quality of programming, sampling and fieldwork management.
  • Ensure that relevant, accurate and timely communications and outputs are served to internal and/or external clients.
  • Work collaboratively across the UK business and the Global Maru Services team.
  • Upskill personally – Develop an understanding of our technology and market research techniques to drive meaningful and tangible differences to projects.
