Our Housekeeping team take great pride in their work and on their high standards so you would also need to pay close attention to detail to be successful in this role.


We are seeking Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated team and to continue the excellent customer service we have become known for. With 64 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, a bar, restaurant, billiards and games room, swimming pool, spa bath, steam and sauna room and mini gym, all of which needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as well as public areas of the hotel to deliver an excellent guest experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.

Role of the Housekeeper / Room Attendant:

  • Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and allocated public areas to the highest standards.
  • Replenishing amenities to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Looking after guest needs and maintain friendly polite and courteous attitude.
  • Maintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, cleaning, other duties as advised by line manager.
  • Return of dirty linen to the linen room, keeping clear records of linen quantities taken from each room.
  • Report faults / defects in rooms.
  • Setting up welcome trays in rooms.

Experience / Skills of the Housekeeper / Room Attendant:

  • Experience in a similar role helpful but full training provided
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure.


Working Hours:

Part-time approx. 30 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) approximately 07:00am to 15:00pm.

Additional hours may be available in other departments, if required.
