Job description
Responsible for the operations across Storage & Data Protection environments. Perform advanced administration and decommission activities of Storage & Data Protection products.
BAU or RUN support with some Project driven activities.
Good Experience Dell EMC Storage and Data Protection products
Provide operational support and troubleshooting of the following Storage and Backup Infrastructure.
- Dell EMC PowerProtect Software, Dell EMC Powermax and Unity Storage.
- Dell EMC Data Domain
- SRDF
- Experience of both Block and File Storage
- Brocade SAN Switch Management
