Job Title Hotel Receptionist
City Centre Hotel requires a receptionist to join an established team.
Job Purpose To ensure all guests have a great arrival and pleasant departure. To assist guests throughout their stay with any special requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the check in and out of hotel guests
- Take, review and process hotel reservations
- Deal with enquiries from guests and over the phone accordingly
- Resolve guest issues, escalating where necessary
- Upsell the hotels food and beverage offerings
- Take responsibility for the shift banking and processes
Key Requirements
- Friendly nature with a desire to make the guest experience good
- Previous hotel experience
- Experience of hotel PMS system preferred, at the very least an ability to demonstrate computer skills to a reasonably high level
This role is a shift based role working 16 Hours in two 8 hour shifts Sat & Sun. The shifts are a mix of Early, Late and Mid depending on the needs of the business.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
