Position Overview: Dynamic Graphic Designer
Gap Renew are seeking a dynamic graphic designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding content for our website and ebay store alongside answering a range of customer service queries. As part of a small team your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and visually, will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our brand through visually captivating content.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually captivating digital assets, including email templates, banners, social media graphics, product images and marketing assets.
- Optimise designs for responsiveness, ensuring a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within the given timeframe.
- Maintain and update existing digital assets, ensuring consistent branding and visual standards across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and marketing materials, including infographics, presentations, and print collateral.
- Contribute to the customer service requirement for the business, as a small team each member will be asked to respond and update customer service queries as the team grows.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in graphic design preferably in a fast-paced environment with a portfolio showcasing your design projects. Skills on photo software such as photoshop or Canva are important.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of designs.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues. Ability to empathise with customers and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, evolving customer needs, and new design trends. Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging graphic design techniques and technologies.
