First impressions count and its down to our Building Concierges to make sure we provide a first class customer experience to our staff, students and visitors.
About the role:
We are looking to recruit experienced individuals to join our award winning Facilities team. You will need to have a positive, can do attitude with a strong customer service background and be an excellent communicator as well as keeping calm under pressure. Knowledge of/background within security would be advantageous for the role but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidates.
On a daily basis, you will :
- Provide a highly professional customer focused and dedicated go to customer service point.
- Develop a pride in place culture to ensure we continue to deliver excellent, customer focussed services which support key University agendas.
